He began his academic life in 1995, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Sciences from the University of Vale do Itajaí-Univale in December 1999. Soon after, he passed his first Bar Association exam, receiving his enrollment in the first half of 2000, since then, working as a lawyer.

In 2000, he attended the School of the Public Prosecutor's Office and in 2001/2002 he held a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the University of Southern Santa Catarina - Unisul;

Early in his career, he opened his own office and, in 2012, aiming to improve his knowledge, he joined Gabiatti Advogados Associados.

Since then, he combines his legal activities in his office with legal advice and consultancy for Cresol Central SC / RS central credit cooperative that operates in the South and Northeast of Brazil, being an institution aimed at promoting family farming and solidary credit. , together with Dr. Sônia Gabiatti, acting in the contensiosoe.
